Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! We strive to ensure that the product you receive matches the image and description on our site. Our product images are professionally taken of the actual items we sell. However, please note that slight variations in color or detail may occur due to monitor settings, lighting during photography, and the handmade or natural nature of some products. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can easily access your sales receipt (invoice) in a few places:

  1. Your Email: A detailed receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

  2. Your Account: If you checked out as a registered user, log into your "My Account" section on our website. Navigate to "Order History" or "My Orders," select the relevant order, and you'll find an option to "View Invoice" or "Download Receipt."

  3. Order Confirmation Page: Immediately after placing your order, a confirmation page is displayed with an "Print Receipt" or "View Invoice" button.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In many cases, yes! We work hard to keep popular items in stock. When an item shows as "Out of Stock," you can take the following actions:

  1. Check the Product Page: Look for a "Notify Me When Available" or "Restock Alert" button. If you see it, enter your email address, and we'll send you an automatic alert the moment the item is back in our inventory.

  2. Check the ETA: For some items, we may list an estimated restock date (e.g., "Restocking on [Date]"). This will be visible on the product page.
