9. Real-Time Tracking Information

Stay updated on your order's journey:

  • A tracking number and link will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours after your package is dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status once the label is generated.

10. Strict Order Cancellation Policy

  • Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Exceptions: If the order has already entered the "Processing" stage or has been shipped within that 24-hour window, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must follow our Returns & Refund Policy after receiving the item.

11. Change of Shipping Address

Accuracy is vital. If you realize an error in your shipping address:

  • Notify us at admin@angelsmarketplace.shop within 24 hours.
  • We cannot modify the shipping address once the parcel is in the hands of the carrier. Rerouting fees may apply if the carrier allows a change mid-transit.

12. Address Accuracy & Verification Responsibilities

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a valid, accurate, and complete shipping address.

  • Errors: We are not liable for non-delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
  • Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Incorrect Address," the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.

13. Failed or Missed Delivery Attempts

  • Our shipping carriers typically make up to three attempts to deliver your package.
  • If a package is returned to our warehouse because it was "Unclaimed" or because the carrier could not complete the delivery after multiple attempts, we will issue a refund for the product price.
  • No Restocking Fee: Angels Marketplace does not charge any restocking fees for packages returned due to failed delivery or unclaimed status.
  • Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable for packages that are returned as undeliverable or unclaimed.

14. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting Period: Damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the "Delivered" timestamp.
  • Evidence Required: Email us clear photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for verified claims.

15. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not liable for carrier-side delays (weather, strikes, etc.).
