COPYRIGHTS POLICY
Angels Marketplace
Effective Date: 12th December 2025
This Copyright Policy explains how Angels Marketplace (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles copyright ownership, permitted use of site content, and how copyright owners can submit infringement notices.
This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all users of the website and related Services.
1. Copyright Ownership of Site Content
Unless otherwise stated, all content on Angels Marketplace—including text, product images we create, graphics, logos, design elements, layout, icons, videos, blog content, and software (collectively, “Site Content”)—is owned by or licensed to Angels Marketplace and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, and product images may belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and listing purposes where applicable.
2. Limited License to Use the Site
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site Content solely for your personal shopping and non-commercial use of the Services.
You may not, without our prior written permission (or unless permitted by mandatory law):
- copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, license, or distribute Site Content;
- scrape, harvest, or extract Site Content using bots or automated tools;
- modify, create derivative works from, or exploit Site Content for commercial purposes;
- remove or alter copyright notices or other proprietary markings.
3. User Content and Your Responsibilities
If the Site allows you to submit content (such as reviews, comments, images, or other materials) (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:
- you own the User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it;
- the User Content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights; and
- the User Content complies with our Terms & Conditions.
You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of submitting it.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Notice Procedure)
If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact in Section 8 and include the following (to allow us to act quickly and fairly):
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on our Site (URL(s) preferred).
- Your name, email, phone number, and (if applicable) company name.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may request additional information if needed to verify your claim.
5. Our Response and Takedown Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:
- remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- notify the user responsible for the content (if applicable); and
- take further action under our Terms, including account restrictions for repeat offenders.
We may also preserve records and share information where legally required or appropriate to protect rights and safety.
6. Counter-Notice (If You Believe the Removal Was a Mistake)
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice should include:
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared (URL if possible).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States (or another jurisdiction if required by mandatory law), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the complainant and, where legally permitted, restore the material unless the complainant initiates legal action within a reasonable time.
7. Repeat Infringers
Where we become aware that a user repeatedly posts infringing content, we may suspend or terminate that user’s access to the Site, in our discretion and consistent with applicable law.
