This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made on Angels Marketplace (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Return Eligibility Window
Where stated on the Site or required by applicable law, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or delivery (as applicable).
Returns requested outside this window may be refused unless mandated by law.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- be unused, unopened, and in original condition;
- include original packaging, accessories, and inserts; and
- be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Items returned in damaged, altered, or incomplete condition may be rejected.
3. Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization.
You must contact our support team and obtain approval before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- perishable goods;
- hygiene or personal-use items once opened;
- clearance or final-sale items;
- customized or personalized products;
- items restricted by health, safety, or regulatory rules.
Any exclusions will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or transit damage attributable to us), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Exchanges as Primary Remedy
Our system operates on an exchange-first model.
Where eligible, products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent item, subject to availability. If an exchange is unavailable, store credit or another lawful remedy may be offered where required.
7. Refund Policy – General Rule
As a general rule, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
8. Legal Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued where required by law, including situations where:
- the product is defective;
- the product is materially not as described;
- a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies and cannot be waived.
No refunds are issued outside these legal requirements.
9. Refund Method and Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 3–5 business days by Angels Marketplace.

After processing, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. Shipping Costs and Refunds
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- the refund is legally required; or
- the issue resulted from our error.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within a reasonable time after delivery.
We may request supporting evidence such as photos or videos, packaging details, and a description of the issue before approving any remedy.
12. Chargebacks, Abuse, and Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse of this Policy, excessive disputes, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may delay resolution and result in account restrictions.
